Getting relevant report summaries for the many pages 
Getting sentence extracts from pages containing chosen word terms

HOW IT WORKS: 
Drills down into each page in your Top Gov sites directory search
Gets sentence counts and extracts sentences and report listings containing your 
	preferred extraction keywords

HOW TO SET IT UP: 
Save-As the provided TopGovSitesAgent_1.xo to a new name, 
	such MyTopGovSitesAgent_1.xo
Type preferred search term keywords into the Metric Lines
Do not put any terms in the OR line if you want to do sentence extracts, and
	if you want to use OR terms to seek incidence of certain word combinations you will not get sentence extracts)
Type preferred text extract keywords into the Metric channel lines A and B and C

HOW TO USE IT:
Start the agent by clicking on the Right Arrow icon on Surf3D's main graphic viewer window
After it collects 100 results, click on the Page Icon to see the report
